Enrollment is carried out via the e-Government portal https://egov.kz.
Documents must be submitted electronically by the parents or legal guardians.

Required documents:

1. Application from parents or legal guardians;

2. Copy of the child's birth certificate;

3. Medical certificate (Form №065у);

4. Child’s health passport (Form №052-2/у);

5. Two photographs sized 3×4 cm.
